Scheduling
Sessions are 30 – 45 minutes for most size homes. Expect photos to be delivered via Google Drive within 24 hours, usually I complete them the same day. I appreciate 5-7 days notice, but occasionally have appointments open sooner. Scroll down for pricing and to schedule.
What to expect
I will meet you at the home to be let in and have a few expectations to get the best photos:
Clutter is removed.
Curtains/blinds open.
Lightbulbs are “Daylight” and illuminated.

Weather Info
It’s no secret, the best photographs are taken during sunny days. If the weather is rainy or snowy, we can still get good photographs but I am open to reschedule if you’d prefer.
